To further serve that goal, we work to build employees’ capacity through internal job trainings, sponsorships to leadership conferences, and travel opportunities, including an exchange program with Duquesne University in Pittsburgh.
Fonkoze’s extensive network includes a variety of roles, including working in the call center in our Central Office in Port-au-Prince, serving clients directly as a teller or credit agent in one of our rural branches, and collecting essential information about Fonkoze’s client impact as a Social Impact monitor.
