Louis Prezeau

Louis Prezeau is the President and CEO of City National Bancshares Corporation and City National Bank of New Jersey, one of the top ten African-American owned banks in the United States. Mr. Prezeau is the first Haitian-born CPA in New York State, the first Haitian-born president of a commercial bank in the United States, and the first Haitian-born chairman of the National Bankers Association, the trade group representing minority and women-owned institutions in the U.S. He was commissioned by then-Governor Christine Todd Whitman to serve as a trustee of Prosperity New Jersey. In addition, the Clinton White House appointed Mr. Prezeau to serve as a member of the National Summit on Retirement Savings.
